"Both Lanes of Drive Thru were open and each had their own order taker which made things move very smoothly . Friendly and polite. If I lived in the area I’d come back. Iced Coffee was Delicious!!! Very fast too. This is how all McDonald’s should be ."

"Went through the drive-thru at 1 in the morning. There were several cars in front of me so I expected a wait. But to my amazement from the time I put my order in and drove off was under 5 minutes. The food was hot and fresh the only problem I had was that I paid for 6 chicken nuggets and only received four. The staff were friendly as well."

"I am a Door dasher in the Portsmouth Chesapeake area . I would like to give a five star review to the guys working last night . Not only did you guys not have enough workers but y'all stayed swamped. Everytime I came to pick up a order both the drive thru and the take out was full . You guys steadily handled it and pushed that food out fast Everytime . I see how hard you guys work at that location."

"I've never had a problem with this location, maybe just my luck. But food always correct and fresh tasting. My son loves the game pad they have in the back near bathrooms. Helped kept him entertained while his dad donated plasma near by."

"I go to this location about every other month and look forward to being greeted by the cheery employees. The employees are delight. This location is also clean and the service is timely. The food is what you expect but it is also hot not warmed. The entertainment I think is the young blonde lady that sit in the corner chatting loudly on her phone - she is alway there when I go - maybe this location is her "work from home" spot or she maybe works there and is on break. Either way I am entertained by her phone conversations."
